*Every time you drop the bar perform 20 Double Unders
*From the ground; no rack
*Cannot rest with bar on back
*Sub 5 Burpees for D.U.’s
Reserve your babysitter, clear your schedule – we are putting together an impromptu gathering for this Saturday night. Consider it a little kick off party for our Look Better Naked, Perform Better (clothed) Challenge, or just a fun night out with fellow CF'ers. I will post all of the details by tonight.
