Loving these blog posts on Mark's Daily Apple. Here's the latest installment. I hope you guys are reading these. By now you should all be aware which of these recent posts (hip mobility, thoracic spine mobility, and now wrist/ankle mobility) applies to you specifically. I know when I've read each of them several names popped into my head.
It is only through our knowledge of why we have a difficult time with certain movements that we can begin the process of improving our mobility/ flexibility/ performance/ overall fitness.
