Starting today, Monday July 20th, there will be a 9:00AM & 6:30PM Group WOD class added to our schedule. These classes will run Monday through Friday and will be available for anyone who has completed our On Ramp class. The Group WOD classes follow the programming that is posted on this site daily.
If you are an experienced CrossFitter (minimum 6 months practicing CrossFit) who would like to become a member and attend one of our Group WOD classes you need only demonstrate proficiency in the foundational movements we practice. We ask this of you to ensure your safety and help make the most out of your experience at our box.
