I know it's a bit long at 10:00 minutes, but this is an excellent video on rowing technique. Since we utilize the Concept 2 Rower in so much of what we do at CrossFit I strongly recommend taking the time to watch the clip. Good technique on the rower will translate into increased work capacity and a higher power output, and since that's what we're after that's a good thing.
