What Is CrossFit?
When thinking about how to explain what CrossFit® is, we like to start with what CrossFit is not:
CROSSFIT IS NOT
- for people expecting results without hard work
- for people unwilling to try new things
- for people afraid to leave their egos at home

A1: Weighted Dips 5-5-5-5-5
Rest 90 seconds
A2: Weighted Pull-ups 5-5-5-5-5
Rest 2-3 minutes
Three rounds for time of:
30 Walking lunge steps
30 Box jumps (24/20″)
30 Kettlebell swings (53/35lbs)
New gymnastics classes have begun!!
- 2 classes per week – Tuesdays and Thursdays. Morning and evening option.
- Every Tuesday at 8am, and again at 6pm
- Every Thursday at 8am, and again at 6pm
