What Is CrossFit?
When thinking about how to explain what CrossFit® is, we like to start with what CrossFit is not:
CROSSFIT IS NOT
- for people expecting results without hard work
- for people unwilling to try new things
- for people afraid to leave their egos at home
We are almost there!! Phase 4 is almost upon us. Mark your calendars!! Our target date to reopen is Wednesday July 8th. Please take a look at our Reopening Guidelines document so you can begin to familiarize yourself with the protocols that will be in place to keep you and our staff safe.
We will address specific items in greater detail in the coming days (i.e. equipment return, class reservations).
